Summer Wardrobe? CHECK!

One trip to the store and I have a WHOLE summer wardrobe for our daughter. All for about $20!! I know I am pretty excited about our haul!

I posted a few months ago about How Much Is TOO Much Clothes? and I was pondering how much should I actually buy for my daughters summer wardrobe! I am pretty happy with the number of new items she has, and combined with the dozen of hand-me downs and I think she has a pretty decent wardrobe for summer!

Add to that 2 short sleeve dresses I ordered for her online, 2 summer dresses I found at Goodwill for $1 each, and a couple of HelloKitty dresses she received for her birthday (thank you Mema and Pepa) recently and she should be all set for summer!

I’ve been browsing the clearance racks at every store we go to, but we hit the jackpot this week. I was looking at dresses (she usually only wears dresses) and while I was looking at $3 t-shirts my husband discovered a whole shelf of t-shirts for only $1. And they are actually cute. We grabbed 6 in her size, and then found 3 skirts in her size too. To top it off I grabbed 2 $5 dresses and we were done!

I’m pretty excited about the great stuff I got for about $20!
