Spring Break 2012

We have had very nice weather the last month or so. While it might have been a little windy, we’ve had amazing weather for March.

UNTIL Spring Break! The first few days were nice, and my Mom was able to have the kids outside, running off energy. Of course, their spring break started with a half day on Wednesday and continued through the next week. The problem came on the Monday of their break and continued for the whole week.

This problem? Rain. Insane amounts of rain. The kids were cooped up inside, and couldn’t get out. It always amazes me when we have such nice weather, then whether it is the weekend or some other time off the weather turns uncooperative.

I’ll be sharing some of the things my kids’ did while on spring break over the next week or so. Rainy days, lead to creative activities!
